3. Digital Product Downloads

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download the digital product. Please ensure that you have the appropriate software or equipment required to use the files (such as design software, Cricut, or Silhouette machines). We are not responsible for technical issues related to your software, devices, or equipment. If you experience any issues with downloading, please contact us for assistance.

4. Refunds and Returns for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues with the download or the file itself, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
